Nuwerust is situated in the Breekkrans river valley, surrounded by majestic southern Cederberg mountains. Nuwerust has been in the Esterhuizen family since 1876, on the farm is a 145 year old vine which has the thickest stem in the Clanwilliam district. The farm has buildings of historical significance dating from the late nineteenth century.

Nuwerust is true to it’s name, here you will find “New Rest”. Nuwerust is a family-friendly farm where you can reset your mind and focus on the important things in life.

Two ablution blocks with hot water, cleaned daily.
Toilet paper is not supplied.
